Keep an eye out on eBay for DDR2 2x2GB kits (or until you get enough Rep to buy from out Sale section), but if you're going from 800MHz kit to a 1066MHz kit, it aint worth it anyway, to be honest.
AMD's perform better with tighter timings to higher frequency, that frequency increase won't make jack of a difference, especially compared to a small NB overclock, in terms of bandwidth.
As an aside, DDR3 is ridiculously cheap now, I just hope it stays that way for when I can afford my 990FX Mobo.
