Would my PSU work with these VC?

I have a Antec Truepower 650Watt , would that be powerful enough to powerup these vc and my whole computer setup? Does it have the right pin?

Would my PSU work with these VC?

GTX 260
GTX 280

Yes, but you can only use one or two of the cards and there might be missing 8-pin PCIE connectors but this can be replaced by the adapter that comes with the cards. Also put the graphics card on it's own rail (PSU has 3 rails, approx 210W each).
