I need input asap so I can order the parts and go to bed lol. I'm not super tech savvy but I took a few builds that people recommended and reworked them into this. Good? No? Will it run high settings on games like World of warcraft and skyrim?

shoot.. just noticed that my case doesn't support the usb3 front ports, is that okay? do I need those ports? should I change the case?

what's your budget / purpose of the build..To play WOW you don't need much power. skyrim may need some but if that's the only games you will play you can do better with 800USD.

Either you can change the case or convert a 5-1/4" bay into a 3-1/2" bay to put a USB3 box

Or you can just buy a CM Storm Enforcer instead
Now if you aren't going to OC you don't need a Z77 and you can't anyway because you are going for the 3470.
Step down to a H77 or a B75M. Those boards should do you fine for much less money

As for the RAM get a G.Skill F3-1600C9D-8GAB. Runs tighter timings

You can get away with just a Sapphire Vapor-X HD7770 which is an excellent card AND PLEASE GET RID OF THAT PSU!
