It should work fine, but all of the RAM will run at 3-3-3-8, the timings of the 1 GB DIMMs. Having that much RAM will reduce your chance of a high overclock, but as you're running at stock right now, you shouldn't see any negative effects.

. its alrite,i am not too concerned with a high overclock. a reasonable overclock of 400-600mhz should suffice, dunno if it would be possible though.
