Scrolling Combat Text & Scrolling Combat Text Dmg, that tells you whats doing what dmg, if I could access curse at work I would link you to it, but I cannot.

Recount as well for damage meters, it's the standard as Damage Meters & SWStats have been in the past. Dps, Dmg, Healing, whatever you want to see in there, spells, rotations, etc...

Also visit http://www.wowwebstats.com and run that during your raids and see who is doing what accurate dmg and dps and what your doing and you can figure out others' rotations versus yourself to see if your capable or not. That is uploadable to their website and viewable versus the same runs each week and see who's consistent and who's not.

I would suggest MSBT or SCT (scrolling combat text, better than FCT built-in crap), Auctioneer, Cartographer, QuestHelper or Carbonite (both = waste of system resources).

Some bag addons can help A LOT, ArkInventory, Baggins, BaudBag and BaudManifest are all good bag addons. LootFilter is optional, but I don't find it that required, with AutoProfit, which sells grey quality items to vendor with a simple click.

I recommend Prat too, but it's not required. It's a chat addon that helps with loads of stuff, it shows level and class color of those writing in chat, and lots of other helpful stuff.

And generally just keybinding everything you have is a good idea. If you didn't know, there are additional bars you can enable under "Action Bars" in the interface options

I find Decursive obsolete with Clique, which is basically an addon that enables any unit frame to be clickable with a certain mouse combo (ie. Left mouse, or ctrl+alt+left mouse) with any spell, macro, or anything else

Grid + Clique is what most healers use.

Anyways you basically just backed up what I said. Ret pala is faceroll, your only argument was that you need to be geared, but that doesn't make it any less faceroll when you have 24 other people to carry you
It's the easiest DPS boost together with a rogue. I don't see any warlocks and only 1 druid (which is possibly balance because he only has 3k dps) on your DamageMeter - they have the 2 hardest rotations (aff locks at least) and your guild seems to lack them.

It just proves that Naxx is so easy that anybody can do it.

Yeah gonX hence why I have stayed Affliction, like the rotation rather than the faceroll I did in BC
