WoW system performance

Quick question y'all because I'm sure I over looked it I figured I'd ask you. I notice that with the new patch I am no longer able to 'max' out WoW. I noticed that they upped the shadow quality and thats pretty cool. Not just little circles anymore but, Are the shadows the only thing that rapes my FPS? I turn it up or to medium or to any setting thats not the lowest for that matter and my framerate is trash. I cranked it up to see what it would be in Stormwind as opposed to Teldrassil and I was getting 10fps.

no they uped: the detail as well as how far you can see. MY suggestion to you is to try not to max it out, go half way and it should be like it used to look and play. bring down especially your debri radius and debri most of the time it just blocks your view anyway. OR you can upgrade your PC.
Yeah, they definitely upped the graphics a little with the patch. For anyone trying to get more graphics out of WoW, I found this today:

Commands to up your graphics far beyond the max settings in the options menu. This is awesome. I can't wait to try it out when I get home.

Ooo nice! I may have to drop down to 8xAA though, I don't think I'll stay about 60fps with 16xAA and the highest possible settings
