I have the set of G.Skill F4-4000C18Q-32GTZRB ( 4 X 8 Gb Sticks ) in Z590 Msi board paired with a 10700KF cpu -
Ramm set not OC what so ever, and XMP enabled. Runs smooth no issues , no errors - Purchased from New Egg for around $179 USD.
I do see New Egg has a 32 GB kit (2 X16 GB sticks) of same specs for $164 USD, not a bad price from time tested manufacture.

As for buying something used - no way .
I would buy brand new parts - comes with lifetime warranty -
if you buy used - who knows what's going to happen.
May or may not work or even if the warranty would transfer to third party.
Have built many pc's, work stations and gaming pc's over the past 30 years -
10 gaming pcs this past year alone, G.skill memory has never let me down.
Go with confidence when purchasing G.Skill Memory.
