Hi OCN,

I am interested in getting a couple of machines for retro games.

The first thing I need is DOS machine. I want something like a pentium pro MMX or a pentium II, with a built in floppy and CD drive, VGA out, and an onboard soundblaster card. Something like an old Toshiba with a TFT matrix LCD would be ideal. If the HDD isn't working or on its last legs no big deal because I want to replace it with flash memory anyway.

The next thing I am looking for is literally any laptop made sometimes after 2005 with a dedicated nvidia graphics chip. I am looking to install windows XP 32 bit on it. A VGA and a couple of USB ports are all I need. Something where the hard drive is easy to get at would be nice. I am willing to look at AMD machines but I would prefer a conroe or wolfdale era core 2 duo with ideally 4gb memory.

Alternatively, if you a small form factor PC or parts (no newer than Sandy Bridge) with room for dedicated graphics I would consider buying that instead of a laptop.
