bad link, but if you're referring to the gigabyte one for $150 minus $20 MIR I've seen it.
Furthermore, with the recently RMA fiasco I had with gigabyte recently I swore I would never buy anything new from them again. Used is fine, atleast gigabyte didn't get my money.
They took 2.5 months to RMA my gtx660, sent several unanswered emails once it hit the 1 month mark. After a month and a half I got an email saying they didn't have a 660 to replace it, would a 960 be fine. I was like cool atleast I got an upgrade for making me wait this long. Another 2 weeks passes I send several scathing emails, never a response. Box shows up another weeks later, it's a gtx 660. 2.5 months for an RMA and they send me back a 660 anyway when they said they were sending a 960.
