I have an old Creative - X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty from my old desktop, and I was looking for some input if this was still a decent card or should I scrap it for a newer one?

Depends on ya budget for a new one....

If you don't want to spend cash, it'll still be much better than onboard.
You could do a DIY mod and solder on some new opamps.

If it would make a big diffrence then I would be willing to spend around 100-200$ on a new card, although i dont think i would see that much of a performance upgrade over my current one.

How old? What is your output? Speaker, Headphones? Most likely you won't hear a difference. Or atleast not enough to justify spending $200. Unless you are using very nice headphones or speakers.
