Well if you want a decent overclock then dont get the Asus P5RD1-V. But if you dont want to overclock then it might be a good choice but the one you posted is cheaper...no idea how it OCs though.

I just got my tax return and have just enough to get this X1900XT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131006.
Now I just need some recommendations on a good budget PCIe mobo.
Requirements:
-Must have one PCIe 16x slot
-LGA 775
-Supports DDR1
-Has at least two SATA ports
-At least two PCI slots (for sound card and wireless card)
I was thinking of this board here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130503
