This is messed up. I stress tested it for one hour with occt and its totally stable. But speedfan gives the temp as zero. same with coretemp. CPu-z gives wierd stuff for cpu info. and same with amd overdrive. heres what it says:.
This is a 0904 chip btw.

downgraded to overdrive 2.1.4 and its at 0 degrees
It happens to me as well when I enable ACC. I think it's a weird glitch with ACC enabled.

you have Cool n' Quiet on? I don't and mine works fine. Also are you clocked at 3.9Ghz
im at stock ya i have cool and quiet im still on stock settings. ill go try turning all that crap off

Just disabled it. still getting this BS in overdrive and all the other progs.

In bios sys temp is 33C

CPU temp is 18C ROFL

My motherboard health monitor(in the BIOS) reads the correct temps. Haven't found a windows program that reads the correct temps though. My 4th core is stable at stock and at 3.6Ghz, but the heat output at 3.6GHz 1.45 Volts is unbearable. I'm going to post a screen-shot of 4 cores 3.2Ghz prime stable 1.38 Volts in a bit.
