Intel Xeon x5679, six core Westmere 32nm CPU. $125 bucks, stable at 4.0, can boot into windows at 4.5 but I never could tune the IMC to be stable.
G.Skill 12GB DDR3 1600mhz $60, these have the nice black PCBs.
