nah, you can use the x850xtpe bios, thats what i did for mine and it works flawlessly (it run faster than the overclocked gto2)

Sapphire releases 16 pipes now, eventhough most website will post 12 pipes, when you get the card, it will be 16. How do i know? I bought 3 of them already
