So as my sig states i got a GTO², i got it recently as i wanted VIVO, but i got this turd instead lol. Instead of using the red PCB with a power connector it has a blue PCB with out the power connector, i believe these "new" GTO²'s are rabadged X800XL's with the GTO² bios on them and the GTO² cooler.
newegg linkage: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102675
also im guessin this has the R430 as it dont like anymore the 450mhz core, and thats with a quad still disabled.
requesting RMA number now

They were never guaranteed R480, only that you could unlock to 16 pipes.
you no, after reading around a bit more i realised that

but Sapphire seem to be shipping more R430 cored GTO²'s then the R480.

Why'd you get the blue pcb one? I think the trick is only with the red one with 2 DVI.
