I recently bought a XFX 5770 to replace my 9800GT hoping for better fps in dragon age origins and aion. The first thing I noticed was a 1 minute delay in BIOS post times and every time I boot my computer i come to a "System Boot Fail" error asking me to reset BIOS defaults. I reset defaults and after a minute post delay, come to the same error. My fps did not go up any from my 9800GT (averaging 24 fps in Aion) and I'm wondering if it's because my chipset is nvidia and my video card is ATI? Anyone know why I have this lag in boot and no boost to video game performance? Is 5770 no better than the geforce 9800? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Did you sweep your old nVidia drivers first? I'm always hearing about driver conflicts when people switch
