thanks here are my pics. i've been tying some ... i don't know where to apply the pencil
(for now only vcore) thanks

i've not done anything because 1029 ohm is not what others have... anyway i hope you can help me thanks

Here's the the data sheet for apw7067n

Pin #4

Measure the resistance of the pin marked green. Also, test for continuity between the end of the green marked resistor.

Can you take a closer pic of the IC in the top left?

..If possible, can you post a nekked pic of the front side please..I would like to see where the power phases are located for vMEM and vGPU..tnx

Please where I have to put the DMM, at 20k? and how can i measure de green points? pointing them i measured 0.08 with 200 selected on the DMM I think thats wrong. What I have to point with the DMM?

thanks

Well I measured the 4th pin and the ground (first pin) in the IC and measured 1029 with 2000 selected on the DMM and I measured the resistor and it gives me nothing on the DMM. Is this right?

thanks

Doesnt sound right..maybe you just werent getting good contact..
pin4 is definitely right..as is the locations you are looking at. Mod will work for vMEM the same way too.

So I have to pencil only the resistor pointed green?

Pencil is risky. Have you confirmed that the resistor marked green is connected to pin #4? Get a resistance value and we will be able to tell you what size VR you will need.

For mem, this is the pin you need to measure for resistance. Also need you to test for continuity between the pin and one of these resistors. I can't tell from the pic which one it is connected to.

All of the measures were done in 20k

thanks

Did you test for continuity to make sure that the pin is connected to the resistors you measured?

Please, How can I do that?

Most DMMs have a continuity test setting. If it doesn't you can set it to 200K and if you get -0.00 then it's connected.
continuity = touching probes makes 'beep'

...works excellent for tracing point-point.

Use the setting that looks like an arrow over a plus sign.

Oh thats is what I thougt first. Thanks, my DMM doesn't make any sound It makes this in the images below...

This is disconected

and this is conected, what do you think? it has continuity?

thanks
