I think what you are experiencing is screen tearing (search on google if you want to learn about it).

And a simple fix to this, is to enable V-Sync if it bothers you, but I prefer to play without V-Sync and live with the screen tearing, as it introduces a little added input lag, which I am very sensitive too. But try with it ON and OFF, and find out what you like!

Why would you recommend that? FXAA/MSAA/AA has nothing to do with screen tearing! Gives you less performance yes, but not screen tearing

I have no performance issues, the game runs great on ultra at high res, with more then 60 FPS for sure, none of those worked though :/
Maybe I need to give the card more volts, or turn down the clock or something

Fuzzy lines.

Screen tearing is sharp lines isn't it?

And fxaaa could make the whole thing fuzzy, but not line.

I think there may be something actually wrong with the card itself. When I fried an old gtx295, spilled water on it, it would post and play lower end games too. But more demanding games pixelated. Can you run higher demand benchmarks without those lines?

I play BF3 on 1960x1080 on Ultra with no lag at all :/ so the card works amazing, I just don't know why the screens being weird, i've tried turning off all those features other people have mentioned but nothing

Happens on metro 2033 even worse
