Depends on the CPU and other choices too, such as the amount of hard drives etc.

Well I have a [email protected] stock,2GB RAM,1HDD,1 optical drive and 5 case fans.I read on a review that the card takes 302W at peak load.
yes it should i ran one with a 450w i7 9g ram and 3 fans
