Like the title says...Think it's worth spending the extra $25 for the new tech or put that $25 I can save towards something else & buy the R9 280X?

Will I be losing out on anything special not buying the 380X over the 280X or are you just recommending due to being new gpu design? I was considering using that $25 towards a ssd.

Decided to stick with this ASUS 660Ti and see how much juice can I squeeze out of it. I think I can wait until the end of the year to buy a new gpu
