Yate Loons with a 25mm shroud. Zip ties threaded through with ends cut off some other zip ties used on the other ends...

This is very common.
push pull Xig. (page 3, posted by "wire")

Also: Thermaltake, Noctua, and many others..

This is really cool, will definitely be trying this. Coincidentally this is the heatsink I chose for my build haha
