So late last month I purchased the Asgard case from newegg when it arrived it was horribly damaged, yet box was in excellent condition.
I posted a review on newegg and recieved an e-mail from Xigmatek about the damage to the case... I sent them the pictures and a week and a half I got a response indicating that they will be sending me a replacement case.... I do not have to return damaged case... so I got an extra case for free...
well, it arrived today and it was packaged extremely well, normal packaging... then some oversized bubble-wrap and extra cardboard taped over it.
Well, I already re-shaped the damage to original case back to an acceptable form and installed components for my sons computer into it...
What to do with the case? Maybe mod it? Hang on to it (just in case)? Sell it? For the latter I need like 15 more rep, so.....
Any thoughts?
