It will run the card, but Xion PSU's have a bad reputation for failing quite soon, I would invest in a better one.

OCZ 700 GameXStream would NOT be a good buy in my opinion. Very high ripple on the rails which will slowly cause your components to die. I would go with an FSP brand PSU. Sturdy, reliable, powerful, and very cost effective.
my UPS says I only use 459 watts utilizing 2 8800gts' 320mb, 22in LCD, modem, and network hub. That is being loaded down during 3dmark06. 365-370watts during orthos w/ 3.5ghz c2d, and 363-380 watts playing Top Spin 2.
