Heard there's a patch for 32 bit XP SP2 that lets it see up to 4gb, instead of the regular 3gb. Is this true? Would 4GB be worthwile for upcoming games like Crysis, etc.?

The thing is that this Advenced Server OS is the worst OS you can get for Games!

see that's what I thought, but someone said there is a patch for 32 bit xp that lets you see all 4 gigs... I thought it was bs...

Pretty sure that is BS.

I wouldn't mind someone proving me wrong though...
like they said, 32 bit just can't use more than like 3 or 3.2 Gb of RAM, you would have to get vista to use all 4 gigs
vista 64bit or xp 64bit to use 4gigs or more. And i thk your video card memory counts towards max amound xp and vista 32 bit can see.
