Here's my simple ITX rig:
Specs:
Ryzen 5600x
MSI Gaming Edge Wifi Motherboard
Corsair LPX 64 gb
2x2tb M.2 Samsung 980 Pro storage...4tb total
Asus GTX 970...using old card. waiting for availability..lol
Cooler Master 750w sff psu

Cool! I have a similar setup. My photography sucks though. I wanted to use a Yule Beast case for my main build but all the pretty open cases are either ITX or ridiculously massive.

Cool! I have a similar setup. My photography sucks though. I wanted to use a Yule Beast case for my main build but all the pretty open cases are either ITX or ridiculously massive.
I have another open case im working on. its a Micro ATX case.. I love Open cases and will never go back to a standard case. I get more dust on a standard case case compare to an open one and a lot easier to clean. just get a can of air and you're done.

How is the cooler master sfx power supply? Corsair dominates the sfx psu market, so I’m always looking for viable alternatives.

so far so good. quiet, 10 year warranty..going on 1 year now with no issues. Happy with it
