XV6800 backup problems

I'm not that great with WMDC, but i'm trying to back up a customers contacts. I normally mess with blackberrys, so this is a whole new ball game. I installed WMDC 6.1 64 bit. It syncs up fine, but when I try to backup her contacts it wont allow me to check my computer to sync them. I have everything else backed up except her contact. It shows her hp computer, which allows backing up contact. But wont allow me. If someone has any ideas, lemme know. I do + rep for people that help btw.
