so you lose warranty if you sleeve your PSU right?

I believe you lose the warranty when you break the your warranty is void if you break this seal sticker

You void the warranty if you tamper with it in any noticeable way.

So, if you visually change it, by sleeving it; this requires opening up the PSU and therefor breaking the sticker on the inside, it will void your warranty.

sleeving does not tamper with the unit itself but only the cables :/

you put a nice new cloth over the original one.
