Please i need your advice, the best option (where/how) to add my new Xspc RX360 Rad, to my currant lop. I am planning to fix the Rad top of my case. ((Please check picture # 1))
I would just replace one of the 120mm radiators with the new radiator. Those 120 radiator probably aren't doing much anyways, so you can just disconnect the hoses from the old 120mm radiator and connect them to your new 360.

But don't you think if i use both the 360 + 120 my lop will perform better than the 360 alone?
