i just picked up some z-2300's for a very cheap price
but my only issue, is that if the volume nob gets knocked, just a few cm, the volume goes super load and all hell breaks loose!!!
is there some kind of volume limiter!!?

i usually just control all my volumes right in windows, as i had a similar issue with some speakers before

(takes a couple of days to get used to, but works like a charm mate)

Case in point: my MX5021's.
These have a digital control. But all hell breaks loose when kids decide to play with the remote that comes with it. The volume ramps up faster than Gordon Ramsey can curse.

***** That was good. Made my day.

to op, I would just set it at a volume you like and move it to somewhere where it wouldn't get knocked. I say behind the monitor or such.
