Yes but not that high, 16-20 as opposed to 10 in "normal" W10. That does lower the scores somewhat. There are complaints about games running slowly in latest few builds. I also have terrible 3D performance specially with DirectX 11. I mean it's less than half of that in "normal" W10, (Both are on same PC and using same drivers in both versions):

What's your FCLK frequency? If it's above 1900 MHz, try going down to 1900 MHz or 1867 MHz

Yes. AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.1 fixed it om hardware level but W10 Insider (beta) version uses memory some strange way which is not common with standard release of W10.

Oh, I see. Is this issue also present on an intel platform? Just to make sure.

same issue with FCLK 1333, 1800 and 1900. Obviously it's not a thing of FCLK

Meh, probably just the overhead from a new backdoor, nothing to worry about.

Must be, how else to explain much better latency n "!normal" windows ? Both on same machine with same settings and so much difference.

That just became a problem itself, both branches are equal and get same KBs.
