Their performance vs cost ratio is terrible.... A 9600GT, 9600GSO, HD4830, ect are a bit more but a few times more powerful.

Did you at least get a GDDR3 version?

Yeah I agree. How much did you buy this for? An nVidia 79XX series or ATI x19XX series would have performed similar or better for much less.

It's also comparable to a 7900GS.

At what resolution?

A 9400GT can't play FO3 at decent settings at standard LCD settings....

Didn't Ebuyer have an 8800GS for 55 quid not too long ago? That would have been at least two times better.

i had a look at ebuyer can anyone find anything better on there as i can still cancel. i have about 50 quid
its the best i could find with dual dvi and under 50 quid on ebuyer!
9500GT-s are terrible.Better save up few something of your currency and buy like 9600 or 4670 or 4830.
The cheapest I could find something that performed better was an HD 4650. A noticeable step up, but for 10 quid more you can get a HD 4670. Which was around 60.
im sticking with nvidia!

True... but an inefficent use of money is still an inefficent use of money. For the same money, you can get 6-8 times the performance but instead you got 3 times the performance.
