Why not get a gts 250 for cheaper? Its basically a rebranded 9800gtx+

edit: here are some more brands if you don't like evga

But if I get it on newegg I basically pay the same price because of shipping but If i get it at my local pc shot (this is there website) its free shipping

It's an XFX GTS250, which is the same as a 9800GTX+, except it's only $130. I don't think shipping will be ~$20. Also, it comes with CoD:WaW free.
