Hi all, thanks for reading, I'll try to keep it short.
I ordered an xfx 9800 gt, but realized my processor may bottleneck performance. Currently I'm using a Intel P4 3.0GHZ HTT processor. I've searched to the ends of the internets and found my processor can only be clocked about 4% higher than stock so I won't even bother. So my first question is, Will my processor bottleneck GFX card performance? If so, how severe will it hinder the GFX card potential. I plan on mainly playing Age of Conan, and COD 4.
Also, I've been researching on getting a new mobo and processor, just in-case I absolutely NEED to upgrade and found this deal on newegg, and was wondering if it would be a solid choice for a budget gaming rig.

Also, I'm running XP now, but would upgrading to Vista for DX10 increase performance or hinder it. I have read tons of stuff about DX10, and about 1/2 of it says DX10 is a waste of time and not worth it, and the other 1/2 swear by it.
I appreciate any help that can be given.
