Corsair Vengeance 16gb Memory Errors

This is a brand new build; only been running for a couple of days. My problem started with a BSOD regarding 'Memory Management'. I've run Memtest under several configurations; testing each stick individually in the same slot, in pairs for each dual channel, and all four at once. For the individual sticks, I only had one fail, and on reinserting it, it passed. Dual channel configurations passed every time. However, when all 4 sticks are placed, I get a massive number of errors, usually starting between tests 3 & 5. Also, the system defaults the RAM to 1333Mhz, and if I try to bump it to 1600 (fully loaded), the PC refuses to start up. If I have only two sticks, it works fine. I haven't messed around with the CPU settings.

Here is my current build (keep in mind, I'm a newb at OC'ing).
Mobo: ASUS Maximus IV Extreme
CPU: Intel i7-2600k
Cooling: Corsair H70 (w/Cooler Master Excalibur fans x2), 200mm x3, 120mm x1
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16gb 1600 (4x4gb)
Power: Cooler Master 850w Silent Pro
Graphics: EVGA GTX570 x16
OS: Windows 7 Pro

The Mobo BIOS were updated straight from the CD that it came with, so I'm not sure if updating them from the web would correct the issue. So far, I'm not convinced that it's an issue with the RAM. My biggest fear is an error with the Mobo hardware itself. Assuming it's not an update issue, what else could it be? How can I check?

Yes. The PC will run stock, with full memory @ 1333, but will blue screen within an hour. If I set the RAM to 1600, it runs fine with 8gb (2 sticks Dual; doesn't matter which ones), but won't even start if I have all 4 in. All it will do then is power up and shutdown, endlessly.

I've updated the BIOS to 1303, and I still have the same issues. Another thing I've noticed, even if I manually set the DRAM Voltage to 1.5, it only goes to 1.482v+/-.

I don't have the knowledge to know what the optimal Voltage settings should be for whatever part, or if that could correct the problem.

Update: So far things are working. Other forums were saying to disable Memory Bandwidth Boost, which I may have accidentally activated when I first started. With all 16gb set to 1600, the computer has started up, passed a Memtest, and I haven't had any BSOD. Hopefully, that fixed the problem. If Memory Boost needs to be deactivated, what the heck is it for, anyway?

How did you end up fixing the issue? It almost seems as if a post is missing.
