Does the EVGA gtx660ti have any coil whine?

That's the card I have currently and the first one I had wasn't very impressive. Would downclock itself to 705 or 535 core at stock settings. Tried all the "fixes" online (kboost, upping voltage, reducing clocks, constant power mode, etc.) and nothing came of it. Got it replaced and now the core is running at 1235 and memory at 1862, pretty hefty overclock and isn't downclocking itself anymore which is nice.

I have the standard EVGA GTX660 Ti (non-superclock). I do not get any coil whine with the card. My particular card is not a great overclocker, but since it is in my HTPC and it has the standard rear venting cooler I am okay with that. EVGA is a great company though, had a DOA GTX260 a long way back and they were quick to get me a new card.
