@OP, not much info to be found on that particular PSU, I believe it's a rather old PPFC unit.. still you shouldn't have any issues considering you won't load it beyond 350W.

Well, I have been running a 9800GTX for about 3 years, I mean is the power consumption of the 560Ti that much higher?
