Vertex 2E problems

Hi - new poster here and a bit confused about a problem with my new SSD's

I bought two OCZ 60GB Vertex 2E's and have them in RAID0 on my Mobo (Asus P6T SE) onboard RAID.

Managed to install everything , OS, utilities, games yesterday. Restarted many times and all came back on fine.

Come back this morning and i get a "Boot Device cannot be found - please insert boot device and press any key" error.

I have two other normal hdd's for media and backup also but they are not part of the raid.

The drives can still be found in the bios, have tired setting them as primary boot device. the raid controller is telling me the raid is still bootable. Is this a mobo problem then?

Any help appreciated!!!

CPU - I7-920
Ram - Corsair XMS3 6GB 1066MHZ Tri-Channel
SSD - 2 X OCZ VERTEX 2E 60GB (RAID 0)

Personally have had this problem with an USB-Drive connected at POST. The BIOS was set to boot from USB and because the drive did not contain a OS it failed to boot. Remove drive and unchecked USB boot, solved problem.

My SSD will sometimes fails to boot with AHCI and sometimes with IDE modus. This is very random, but seems to be a bug. Make sure that the settings are still the same from when you made the array and OS installation. Experiment...

If this not will solve it, at-least a free bump for you.
