vista/xp hdd

i got both on seperate partitions, and i had to reinstall xp. now the boot menu is gone so i cant choose vista or xp at boot. how can i fix this?

Yup, thats what I use as well.

Install that program under vista.

It also allows you to change the 30 second time limit and the names of the OSes, plus alot of cooler stuff. I set mine to 5 seconds which is plenty of time to switch if you need to and if you start your computer up and walk away it doesn't take 30 seconds to get pass that screen.

i cant access vista, only xp right now

Looks like you are going to have to do a total reformat and install both OSes again.

Usually when you dual boot, if one OSes goes down you have to reformat both. Atleast thats the case with mine.

You could try installing vista boot pro in XP but I doubt it will work....
