It's kind of a non-issue since I've ordered new RAM, but I'd like to find out my stable 1666MHz/7-9-7-24-2T/1.8v RAM overclock won't run on my new board. I'm also running the same CPU overclock as before, and even OC'd the IGP a bit.
The problem is that the system won't boot (0x50 error. Means memory could not be read) or it boots, the mobo reports it's single channel, and windows tells me that there's 4GB, but only 2GB is usable. Pain in the arse. I tried everything. I ordered some G.Skill PI's and I made sure they where on the Memory QVL list for my board. Now can someone explain why the board doesn't like my RAM?
