Mafia II Question : Single Player Cheats/trainers

Hey all.
I played the Demo a bit and have decided I may just be picking this game up.
Thing is, with an environment like this, I like to have a bit of fun and exploration after the main story.

Are there any working cheats or trainers out there for unlimited health/ammo/all weapons/vehicles etc?

Key word here is WORKING.
I see a few trainers popping up, but they can be pretty hit-or-miss.
Anybody out there have first hand experience with cheats on MII?

give it some time, there will be, as of now, doubt there will be good ones

I use a trainer on the demo that offers unlimited ammo, time, and money, but no health.

I miss the good old days of modifying game speed, gravity, weapon force and damage, and spawning in random crap.

Personally, I'm more into playing with a game's engine and physics than story lines. I'd rather just have a sandbox similar to how Gary's Mod works so i can make whatever game type I want.

There's lots of working trainers at GameCopyWorld.com. However, they don't work in the SkidRow crack so you have to put up with the Steam BS.

I know that KelSat's +5 Trainer for 1.0 works.

Let's you play the game without launching it through steam.
