I changed manual fan control to 65% and now im at 36 guess that helps pretty loud tho

yea well the 65% helped lol im at 36c now. SUPER loud tho =/
you must have an awesome card if it idles at 33 @ 30% fan speed..

Mine is 42C @ 35%, I have seen it as low as 33C @ 26% but my room was cold and now its ~ 26C.

Not sure if 6950's are supposed to run hotter..
But my Sapphire HD6970 (stock volts, stock clocks) on iddle is at 36-40ºC on AUTO fan, which is at 25% (minimum).
Maybe it's just because of it being an HD6970, or maybe because I have a great air cooling case.
But I find 51ºC iddle a bit too high for auto fan.
