Good idea for a thread, but all those pictures you linked are for triple 1280x1024 monitors. Most people have 1080p or 1200p.

Not all of them are that size, there are multiple 5760x1080 and 5760x1200 as well. Also win 7 can stretch for you and they still turn out just fine

EDIT: It appears the image uploading host resizes based on image file size...Going to find a better host

Great idea...
Did some of my own photo's that was taken from views of three photo's and stitched them together with Arcsoft Panorama maker...
others iv found using google and 5750x1080 wallpapers

Yeah, I am working on several to host up. I dont have Photoshop anymore and Im using Gimp. Its a bit different, but Im getting the hang of it.

I have actually found Wikipedia to be an excellent source for them, look up any area and you will find a panoramic shot of it, generally far bigger than you actually need, just trim it down and you are set.

I found a good method is to find pictures with the same color background and stick them together. It works for me so far.

here is one I just created, this is the censored version, if you go to my imageshack the ucensored version is there as well, figured I would place the black bar because I was unsure as to the legality of illustrated nipples on OCN

Nice initiative

However, there is few more "common" (if you can say so for Eyefinity) resolutions like 3x1 portrait and 5x1 portrait (freshly supported now). With 1920x1080 monitors these would be 3240x1920 and 5400x1920.

I personally kind of prefer portrait Eyefinity as it seems more "natural" for me to look at.

found a matrix one that worked really well, actually stress testd the GPU quite well as well because you are able to control the denisity and color of the code among other things. i really liked it but didnt like hearing my gpu fan @100% at all times
