can someone poing me to the place where i can unlock the 30fps cap in this game?

Turn off the special features such as physx? Besides you have a good system and i find it hilarious you can't get past 30 fps? Quite odd you think?

Really is it capped? I feel like i'm playing more than 30 fps. I even have vsync off but turning it only only prevents image tearing however.

It should be in My Documents>My Games or somewhere there.
Then open all the files with notepad and search for vsync, vertical, smooth framerate, etc.
But is it an unreal engine game?
Because some of them don't allow you to change it. It'll be locked at 30FPS the whole time.
