The mods on this site have always used it as their personal toy box but some of the stuff I see in this thread is outrageous.
I'm not saying I agree with them but what else would you cal people who kill? Soldiers are profesional killers. Now I greatly respect what our, an ANY, servicemen go through, can we stop calling them all 'heroes who put their life on the line for us'?! The vast majority of them signed up for financial, educational or adventure reasons, not for the civies.

Seems like everyday someone is trying to badmouth military. Until you do what they do you have no room to talk. Until than all your doing is spewing your ignorance like a cheap porn star.

I did six years of service along with two tours. If I'm not offended by it then you have no real reason to be.

I will say however, for the record, that there is more to soldiering than killing people. If anyone thinks otherwise they should probably get some first hand experience.
 
Unbelievable. I mean, I can understand being upset as a customer but running two businesses as well, the sheer audacity of how that representative responded (and ugh, spelled) is mind-blowing.

I really hope these guys get what they deserve.

I ask that you please accept my apology as a peace offering I will refund your money and give you your 2 units/Avengers free of charge please help me to get some of this negativity removed or at least my personal name although its already all over the internet and the calls and emails will not stop but any help will be appreciated especially with penny arcade as Mike and edit his own website I owe him an apology too which I will write next.

Hah! What a poopstorm. And he only has himself to blame. Oh well maybe he will learn a lesson in professionalism from all this.

Hmm, I wonder if he'd have sent any apology letters if this whole thing never got out. The problem with apologizing after the fact is that one can wonder whether the guy truly felt he was out of line or if he just wants to try and save face, somewhat.
 
If you could kick people in the face over the internet, this guy would have learned his lesson a long time ago.

Luckily for him, being a loudmouth on the internet has no physical ramifications.
