Take a look at the GTA V trailer (all in-game, that's how its always been with Rockstar) and you'll see it looks bloody amazing.

GTA V Looks like garbage, it looks like the SIMS.

I remember playing Max Payne 1 and 2... They were pretty scary to me because I was 6 or so when I played them lol The parts in the game where you had to walk on blood trails and stuff was way creepy... Don't remember anything about the story much though... Max Payne 3 looks pretty solid, but the only games I see getting my money in the next year are GW2, AC3, and ME3. Maybe Medal of Honor Warfighter, really liked the last one, can always use another shooter for my PC.

I literally can't wait to play this game. I love the Max Payne series.

Doesn't seem to have much depth to even like Splinter cell.
The graphics also seems just about okay at best.
Why's everyone so hyped about this? Just nostalgia?
Max Payne games were never really about the gameplay, aside from the introduction of bullettime. The story was very complicated with lots of interwoven threads and buried info. Shooting while fun, was just a means to find out what happened next, to find the next clue in the web, and to get that ah-ha moment when you connected everything together before the game explained it to you.

Ah thank you. Is the old Max payne team working on this?

Meh, I'm still partial to no cut scene type story telling, aka HL 1/2/ep style games. Nothing is less emersive than pulling away from the character and having an "out of body" experience as you try to RP the main character. /rant

Man! Between this and now D3 being announced for just days before this. Max Payne 3 is gonna take an unfortunate hit in sales. I'll still get it, though!

Thw no loading part is gonna be great. I have played max payne 1/2 for 8+ hours continuously with the loading screen. Without it, I will be totally lost in the game. Wish Skyrim could do this.....but its more open world that MP.
