If you go into Settings > Tuning and then near the bottom there should be a box for "overclocking range enhancement". Tick that and you should be good to go. You may need to restart GPU tweak for it to take effect.
As far as I am aware though 1250mv is the max in GPU tweak.

I could not see the option to set my cards to 2000Mhz in MSI AB like I thought was supposed to be, but GPU-Z says both are ASUS Bios'
yeah using trixx now and it has been the best app so far, afterburner i was having issues where the second card voltage wouldn't stick. i wanted to use gpu tweak so i could disable the 2d clocks but there should be a way of doing this as its only a programOriginally Posted by The Mac
