Are these good or bad temps for a Amd Phenom II x4 965 black edition running at stock 3.4ghz processor? 30 while idle, probably 50-55 when playing gam

Are these good or bad temps for a Amd Phenom II x4 965 black edition running at stock 3.4ghz processor? 30 while idle, probably 50-55 when playing games.

My CPU cooler is an H50 corsair cooler.

idk how accurate my cooler software is, also I'm using a Corsair 600t white edition case. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the last time I checked temps I hadn't cleaned my H50 cooler ever and it probably had alot of cat hair/dust blocking the vent! So, that may have added to some heat?

Uh oh, don't know. I thought cpu temps but not sure... maybe they are core temps. Anyways, I think the heat is from me being stupid and letting so much hair/dirt/dust build up the vents of my h50 black container thing.
