Hey guys, I just purchased the Razer Naga Hex mouse and I followed their instructions but I can't open up synapse to configure the damn thing. In the synapse window all I see is "Please connect a Razer Synapse 2.0 Enabled Device" But if I single click on the razer icon in the taskbar I see the Razer Naga Hex. Anyone ever came across this before and how to fix it. By the way the mouse works fine...all of the buttons work...hell even synapse did an update when I installed it.

It's not a fake, this is a pretty common problem with Synapse 2.0 (among it's many other issues). I had one that did the same thing and they had me reinstall the .net framework and several other things. Eventually I got it to work but stopped using it due to Synapse.Originally Posted by Phos
