Worked out the final dimensions for this case:

H x W x D
150x93x45mm

I shall start building the case itself on Monday at work

Also have plans to add a single 40mm fan in the front for a little cooling

UPDATE:

Little progress today due to being busy at work, majority of the aluminium chassis has been created, need a couple more bends making, plenty of filing and some holes to be drilled.

Little preview for you guys:

UPDATE:

More progress (photos below), all that is left on the chassis is a couple more holes (for the perspex front) filing and shot blasting.

Once I get home to my components (as I have none where I am) I shall use motherboard standoffs for the Pi and cut out the I/O ports and mount the pump and radiator

Heavy thunderstorms after the couple weeks of heatwave we had, what a miserable day it was, the workshop nearly flooded.

WARNING: Rushed poor quality photos to follow!

You guys sure are quiet

So I got the front screw holes tapped, and work will resume when get home and catch up on sleep, Monday or Tuesday. Most of my components have arrived, and the RPi should arrive in either of those days. The pump is expected around the 2nd of August.

Still undecided on chassis finish, I'm think either brushed aluminium look or painted black. What do you guys think?

You should paint it black IMO

Can't wait to see how this little guys turns out
I always liked small builds and to combine this tiny computer + watercooling (even if unnecessary) I'd something I'm really enjoying doing

UPDATE:

So I got home around 4 hours ago, unpacked and started work.

A pile of packages were on my bedroom floor!

I waved my hand over them and they unwrapped themselves!

So I started to shorten these

Done

Just fits

These blocks are so cute

I didn't think of that, thanks I'll be sure to put that into consideration.

UPDATE:

So I finished shortening the hose fittings, screwed together some stuff, fitted the T Piece to the chassis and played around with the hose.

Came up with a neater loop layout too.

Definitely subbed, lol.
