Hi guys! please help me is there something wrong with my PSU or motherboard? I saw other people's CPUz on YouTube and their CPUs are stable at whatever they set their Vcore at bios but mine even I set at 1.14 it seems very unstable compared to those on YouTube. Can you guys please check if everything is fine/normal on my PC? I have a recording with CPUz and HW monitor running while idle and also while doing a stresstest in Prime 95.

Here is the video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGr0hOk0Kds

1:19 Start of stress test 1344
13:07 End of stress test

You can see after the stress test it fluctuates between 1.136, 1.144, and 1.156 is that normal or is there something wrong with my PSU?

Any help is appreciated Thanks!!

That's absolutely 100% normal. If you could see your voltage on an oscilloscope, then you'd see what seems to be extremely crazy stuff happening with the voltage. In reality, it's not flatlined at one voltage. It actually can't be.

I have a P8P67 rev 3.0 B3 revision and a Coolermaster Silent pro M 600W. I've had the same PSU since I built this PC in May 2011 so the PSU is like 4 years old already. Should be fine right?

Oh yeah, that one isn't bad. It's not awesome or anything, but should still be ok. What video card setup do you have though?

Yea Good to know that lol really don't want PSU problems. I used to have a GTX570 but it just died randomly dunno why. I had to buy the GTX970 G1 gaming from Gigabyte since its the best for the money right?

Alright Thanks for all the help I really appreciated that I am much more confident with my built now lol I used to think that some games stutter because my PC was somehow unstable but now it seems my PC is actually normal.

Thanks again Have a great day!!

Well I have tried many different things to try and remove stutter but no matter what I do i still got it. Of course if someone has a solution to this I would appreciate that but like I already kinda gave up on fixing the game and concluded it was nothing to do with my configuration and its the game that is problematic.

Yea I kept getting crashes with the 353 driver so I switched back to 350 which seems to be the most stable and stutters the least but still not 100% stutter free. It is up to them to fix it but i doubt it will be fixed because they seem to have moved on from optimizing the game since they are now working on stuff like making the in game website look better which IMO is totally unnecessary.

Really wish they would make it so the game runs buttery smooth like Mafia 2 or TF2 but yea can't do much about it.

Check this out: http://www.overclock.net/t/1562094/the-gtx-780-ti-sli-end-of-life-driver-performance-analysis/

;)

I know that you have a GTX 570, but I think it's still very relevant.

Yea just read through it seems like I am not the only one getting problems with the 353 driver. I shall stick to the 350 driver because if I use any driver earlier than 350 then My character in GTA will have lines on his face. So yea there is really only 1 driver to choose from.
